Your itinerary includes several prime spots to enjoy locally made beverages, treats, and lunches. For your additional convenience, our luxury SUV offers a comfortable amount of storage space in the rear compartment, where we also keep a cooler stocked with ice for your refrigerated items.
Your Tour Guide will probably play local favorites for you by default. If you would like to play your own selections through the sound system in the SUV, the connection is available via Bluetooth.
Towels are not provided, so if you plan to enjoy the ocean, waterfalls, or hiking areas, we encourage you to bring towels to clean/dry off.
We happily provide hand sanitizer, and wash stations are available at many stops on your itinerary. You are welcome to bring additional supplies (jug of water, towels/towelettes, etc) if you prefer.
For the safety and health of our guests and our staff, our vehicles are cleaned and disinfected before every tour.

Sure! Taking photos to help remember your favorite tour on Maui is highly encouraged! We are happy to take pictures of you/your group, as well. Be sure to share your best shots on your social media and tag @HawaiiByStormTours
Your itinerary could include a few stops where short hikes are possible. We hope to optimize the selection of stops for your tour, so you will probably not want to spend too much time on any one-stop.
Our fleet is extremely new and immaculately maintained, and customized for the Road to Hana environment, so breakdowns are unlikely. However, our Tour Guides are skilled and equipped to address a range of issues to minimize your inconvenience.
The windward and East sides of Maui can often be subject to inclement weather, but very rarely are we forced to cancel tours. A reschedule will be offered or a refund is given if HBS deems it unsafe to run the tour.
All tours are prepaid in advance. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for additional information if your plans change.
Our Tour Guides appreciate your cash or Venmo tips! Mahalo! We also appreciate your kind words on the review site of your choice (TripAdvisor, Google, Yelp!)
We do have bug spray available, but it’s only needed depending on the season and amount of rainfall.
Due to liability issues, we are not allowed to provide motion sickness medication. We advise our guests to take any motion sickness medication prior to the tour.
